This policy explains how Al Naseej Al Arabi Company and the Surbah brand handle data when authorized employees and fitting representatives use the Surbah Master app.

• Employee account data required for sign-in, such as email or phone number, name, and work role.
• Service request data, including customer name, contact number, address, location, appointment time, and request status.
• Messages and attachments sent to serve customers, including photos, files, and voice recordings when the user chooses to use them.
• Local app preferences, such as the organization server address, alert tone, and message-read state.

How We Use Data

We use data to authenticate users, assign fitting requests, organize visits, communicate with customers, update request status, provide alerts, protect the service, and troubleshoot problems.

Permissions

The app requests microphone access only when recording a voice message, and camera or photo access only when the user chooses to attach content. These permissions are not used in the background.

Sharing and Security

Data is shared with Surbah systems and technical service providers only as needed to operate and communicate through the service, subject to confidentiality and security controls. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Retention and Deletion

We retain data as needed to provide the service and meet legal and operational obligations. Authorized users or organizations may request correction or deletion of an account and related data by contacting us below, subject to legally required retention.
